On Tuesday StageOne had a very informative puppetry workshop thanks to
Creative Puppet Ministry from Cheriton Baptist Church, Folkestone. This
workshop covered the basic puppetry skills needed for a successful show.
Skills include proper entrances and exits, lip syncing and movement.
Everyone had a lot of fun.
In the second half John Simpson led a workshop exploring, regardless of
script, what was the group could perform the sketch. Ideas that came up
were performing a given script as a musical or just as a sung item, a
thriller, serious and of course the comical way.
